Start off the year on the right foot with quality, reliable, restorative sleep. Reduce or eliminate sleep medication for long-term sleep wellness without medication. 

This interactive online workshop will begin with a one-on-one assessment via phone, then continue with 5 group meetings over a 6 week period. Benefit from a small group setting with the support and shared experience of others in the group. Maintain connection and support of the group and newfound friends through exclusive access to our growing community in our Community Blog, moderated and monitored by your hosts, Lynn Killips and Heather Moster.
