We're on a Mission

We want to help you overcome insomnia and live a healthier, more rested and productive life. Lack of sleep or poor quality sleep affects your quality of life and ability to perform your best, and also raises the risk for diseases such as Alzheimer's disease, heart disease, kidney disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, and stroke.

Experts say that high quality sleep is as important for your health as exercise and nutrition. While you sleep, your body repairs itself. Sleep deprivation or poor sleep quality degrades or inhibits your ability to do this.

We will help you discover how poor sleep is affecting your life and work with you to develop a personalized plan for long-term quality sleep. We take a whole-person approach to address all issues that are negatively impacting your life, using coaching and/or CBT-I. We don’t use blanket solutions, every client is treated as an individual. We want to help you get high quality sleep and experience optimal daytime function.

Who We Are

We're experienced National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coaches, trained at Duke University Integrative Medicine Center. Our goal is to help clients restore their sleep quality to enhance their life, health, performance and productivity.

Lynn Killips

Lynn is a clinical nutritionist, consulting psychologist and integrative health coach. She works with individuals and groups to achieve sustainable behavior change for peak performance and optimal health.

A personalized approach means find a meaningful and enduring path to realize your goals and become the best version of yourself. Her clients often find that in their efforts to improve one area of their lives, such as sleep, they also experience improvement in other areas of their life.

Her background is in business as an entrepreneur. She developed a gift product line from concept to market, orchestrating and overseeing each step of the process including trademarking, R&D, sourcing, production, marketing, order fulfillment and shipping. Her product achieved international distribution, won Best New Product at the New York Gift Show, and was selected for distribution to attendees at the Daytime Emmy Awards.

Lynn's combined passion for business and health supports a whole-person perspective, incorporating well-being into the success equation — something that clients sometimes lose sight of with the demands of responsibility.

When not working, Lynn enjoys barre classes, weight training, hiking, skiing, golf, reading and nutrition for health and healing.  She lives in San Francisco and New York City. Lynn is a registered tribal member of the Cherokee Nation.
