We're on a mission

We want to help people overcome insomnia and live healthier, more productive lives. Lack of sleep or poor quality sleep not only affects your quality of life and ability to perform at your best, but is considered a risk factor for dementia, Alzheimer's disease, heart disease, kidney disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, and stroke. Some experts say that high quality sleep is just as important for your health and wellness as exercise and nutrition. Your body performs an important, even vital, repair function as you sleep, and sleep deprivation or poor sleep quality degrades or inhibits this process.

We help you discover where and how poor sleep is affecting your life and develop a personalized plan for success that works in your schedule. We take a whole-person approach to address all issues that are negatively impacting your life, with coaching and/or CBT-I. Every client is treated as an individual and we don't apply blanket solutions. We work with each person to find the best approach and method for the. We want to help you restore sleep quality and return to optimal daytime function.
